What is the best way to get in contact with Renew & Restore?
At the bottom of the screen, there is the “Contact Us” link. Fill out the form found on that page and we will get back to you as soon as we are able. Every submission is reviewed by myself (Jon).
Special Requests?
At Renew & Restore, everything is handmade in small batches. That being said, if there is a new product request or a desire for Renew & Restore products to make a special event, please reach out to us (via the Contact Us form) and we will do our best to fulfill each request!
What is the refund policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened items for hygiene reasons. For damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days and we will gladly offer a replacement.
Do we ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the U.S. only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
